Adora is an ecologically-grown low-calorie potato
with fantastic taste.
It is an Italian, light-golden variety of
potato which is very versatile. It can be boiled, roasted, baked,
stewed or fried. It
stores well at home and will not discolor following cooking.
Our
Adoras, of course, were grown using our ecological practices
