We are pleased to introduce Fabula, a new ecologically grown, low starch potato that is as unique as it is delicious.

In our test kitchens, the versatile Fabula performed beautifully. This firm-textured, sunlight-colored yellow flesh potato is fast-cooking and suitable for microwaving, boiling and roasting. Fabula enhances potato salads and potato scallops, and adds a hearty touch to your soups and stews.
