Research Results — Fewer
calories in Adora and Fabula

Timber River Farms is pleased to announce that we now have varieties
with fewer calories. Research conducted by the Prince Edward Island
Food Technology Center indicates that Fabula and Adora have fewer
calories per serving than traditional Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes.
In addition to their low-calorie benefit, Fabula and Adora have
a taste and texture very similar to newly harvested potatoes. Both
are grown according to Eco-Spuds™/Timber River Eco Farms'
environmentally responsible production method.
